What is God?

First of all Wahiguru is an energy of highest consciousness level., of energy. He has no body, thus size, form or shape.And then too He is all pervading and permeating.

He is the Creator of everything whether seen, unseen, gross or subtle.

He made everything out of His own, without the help or aid of anything or anyone.

Then, He is beyond births, deaths or any changes. He is the same since Aad Jugad, and shall remain so.

Nanak, hosee bhee Sach

As we oftenly read and recite in the Aarti, it says: Sabh meh Jot, Jot hae soee .

This means, He is present in all as Light, as a tiny ray of that Infinte Energy Consciousnes, which we commonly know it as soul, jeevatma, or surtee. And the second half of the verse above means, He is all Light(Jot hae soee)

See how simply and beautifully, the Bani has described Wahiguru Akal Purukh or God.

And on the other side we stupid human beings, not only we do not understand the teachings of our Gurus Sahibans, but, we Him give names, sizes and forms according to our own manmat, thus we are lost in the ocean ignorance, of Maya.

Not only that, but we want to cofine him, in the limited four walls of our own community, land, race or dharam.

Just let us think and take the example of sunlight of this material world.

We all know, that the Sun shines in all the corners of this world, but has anyone been able to grab that light, and give it its own nationality or baptized it, or ritualized it with each one´s religion?

That also, when we can not do so with the one material Sun, in our planetary system, among all the Suns in the different galaxies .... Then how come we stupid say, He is a muslim, a christian, a hindu or a khalsa for example? When His Light is even subtler than the sunlights of the Universe or even the suns of all trilok.

Are we not, mentally retarded by doing so?

And then the worst thing, we fight, die and kill in His Name, trying to present our own religion as the only truthful one, when the fact is we are all blind, because we fail to see that Light of which the Gurbani speaks, first in ourselves and then in everyone.

So if His Light is present in all in same measure, why so much hatred, why so much ill thinking of others?

Who is better, or who is less then?

Obviously nobody, then why so many wars? Why so much fanatism? Why so much blindness?

True religion, is the one which makes us softer and humble towards all, because we see that one Light in all, irrespective of the coverings of genders, color, caste or creed ...

If any religion creates the thirst in us to revenge, or to kill or impose our views on others, then it means we are not religous minded, but we are tools in the hands of the devil, shaitaan ...

On one hand are the True ones, who inspite of being all wisdom, will power and omnipotence, just as Christ or Guru Arjun Dev, lived in His will and said: Sachay Patshah, tera bhaana meetha laage, or, let thy will be done...

On the other hand are we stupid fools, who know nothing absolutely, but still we kill, die or fight, thinking that we have the monopoly over God..

Shameless stupid people....we talk a lot like parrots on spiritual matters, but then even parrtos are better than us, for they too do not understand what they repeat, but then , at least they do no harm in the name of religion...
